Soil & Environmental Testing Services, Inc. has full service
analytical laboratories which perform inorganic, organic,
microbiological, bulk/asbestos and air analyses using
approved methodologies and quality procedures.
Our accredited laboratories, located at our company
headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia, are able to work with
multiple environmental matrices including but not limited
to soil, sludge, groundwater, drinking water, wastewater,
air, and hazardous waste.
SETS has continuously invested in its laboratories in order
to provide clients with a greater range of capabilities to meet
their needs. This successful expansion most recently included
an ICP/MS and an HPLC-DAD. With these latest acquisitions,
SETS can provide clients with a wider scope of services and
even lower detection limits (ppt) on their analyses. Clients will no longer need to rely on expensive research institutions and universities to get the very low detection limits now being required by the EPA.
With both in-house and field capabilities, our engineers and chemists can collect, monitor and analyze your samples quickly and efficiently. Our methods of analysis are guaranteed to be at or above industry standards.
Our accredited laboratories have stringent internal quality control procedures in place to assure you of reliable results every time. Clients who utilize our skills include the US EPA, Department of Defense, and national and International engineering firms.
Our chemical laboratories are equipped to accommodate a diverse range of clients. Our liquid chromatograph instruments are equipped for Department of Defense and FBI explosive
residue and forensic analysis. To meet the US EPA's extremely low detection limits of heavy metals we acquired the ICP-MS,
a research grade laboratory instrument. Our laboratory has remained the only commercial laboratory in the state of Georgia that has this instrument in-house. Our
clean rooms for animal and plant tissue metals analysis are professionally evaluated annually for efficiency.
